  • How do I accept payment from my customers?

    You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as Interswitch Webpay, GTPay and dozens of leading payment gateways. StoreMantis also offers affordable and convenient payment processing services to meet all of your online payment needs. You can also use offline payment methods such as Cash On Delivery, Bank Deposit etc.
  • Will you help me set up my store?

    Yes. Our heroic support team is always here to answer your questions. We also offer free template customization.
  • Do I need a domain name (URL) to purchase my store?

    No. If you don't have your domain name yet, you can always purchase one later. New accounts come with the free .storemantis.com subdomain. If you already have your domain, simply enter it in your account area. "StoreMantis" will not appear in your domain name.
  • Do you charge transaction fees?

    Transaction fees depend completely on the payment gateway(s) you use on your store. There are no transaction fees for offline payment methods. However, each online gateway has it's own transaction fee. For example, Interswitch Webpay charges a 1.5% transaction fee and our StoreMantis checkout service charges a 3.5% fee.
  • How do I pay?

    First of all, signup for our free account here. Once you have logged in to your admin area, go to 'Account'->'Renew/Upgrade Account'. Select the package you need and then proceed to the payment page.
  • Can I upgrade between plans?

    Yes. You can change plans at any time by contacting our Account Services team.
  • How do annual plans work?

    Annual plans allow you to save on the bi-annual and monthly plans by making a single payment yearly. Annual plans also come with a free Android app and free template customization services.
  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Yes. We offer a free, 7-day trial of our shopping cart software, no commitment or credit card required. Simply sign up to get started.

StoreMantis Checkout FAQs

  • What is the StoreMantis Checkout service?

    The StoreMantis checkout service is a free offering to all paid plans on our platform. It enables you to recieve online payments from your customers without having to pay expensive fees to obtain a merchant account from switching companies(e.g. Interswitch).
  • What are your transaction fees

    We charge a 3.5% transaction fee. We also charge an additional $0.41 per transfer if you use a non-Gtbank account.
  • What countries does StoreMantis Checkout support

    Currently, our storemantis checkout service is only avialable to customers with Nigerian bank accounts.
  • How often are payments made

    We settle merchant accounts two business days after a payment was made. Kindly note that we do not charge any transactions fees for settlement. However, there might be a $0.41 interbank transfer fee per transfer for non GTBank Account holders.
  • How do I specify my settlement account

    Simply login to your dashboard and navigate to 'Your Account'->'Account Details'. Fill in the bank details under 'Bank Details' and you are set!
