How do I accept payment from my customers?
You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as Paystack, Rave, Paypal, Interswitch Webpay, GTPay and dozens of leading payment gateways. StoreMantis also offers affordable and convenient payment processing services to meet all of your online payment needs. You can also use offline payment methods such as Cash On Delivery, Bank Deposit etc.
Do I need a domain name (URL) to purchase my store?
No. If you don't have your domain name yet, you can always purchase one later. New accounts come with the free .storemantis.com subdomain. If you already have your domain, simply enter it in your account area. "StoreMantis" will not appear in your domain name.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Transaction fees depend completely on the payment gateway(s) you use on your store. There are no transaction fees for offline payment methods. However, each online gateway has it's own transaction fee. For example, Interswitch Webpay charges a 1.5% transaction fee and our StoreMantis checkout service charges a 3.5% fee.
How do I pay?
First of all, signup for our free account. Once you have logged in to your admin area, go to 'Account'->'Renew/Upgrade Account'. Select the package you need and then proceed to the payment page.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes. You can change plans at any time by contacting our Account Services team.
Do you offer a free trial?
