How do I accept payment from my customers?
You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as Paystack, Flutterwave, Paypal, Quickteller and dozens of leading payment gateways. You can also use offline payment methods such as Cash On Delivery, Bank Transfer/Deposit etc.
Do I need a domain name (URL) to purchase my store?
No. If you don't have your domain name yet, you can always purchase one later. New accounts come with the free .storemantis.com subdomain. If you already have your domain, simply enter it in your account area. "StoreMantis" will not appear in your domain name.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No we do not. You might however incur a transaction fee from the payment gateway(s) you configure for your store. These fees can usually be see on the pricing pages in the website of each gateway.
How do I pay?
First of all, signup for our free account. Once you have logged in to your admin area, go to 'Account'->'Renew/Upgrade Account'. Select the package you need and then proceed to the payment page.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes. You can change plans at any time by contacting our Account Services team.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a free, 7-day trial of our shopping cart software, no commitment or credit card required. Simply sign up to get started.
